Orders are packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll get a confirmation once your order is placed, and we're happy to answer questions about the status of your order any time via the Contact page.
A flat shipping rate is applied at checkout to cover postage and packaging, shown before you pay.
Every card ships in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader (or a one-touch magnetic holder for higher-value cards) to prevent bending or corner damage in transit, then between trading card-sized rigid mailers or a bubble mailer for extra protection. Multiple cards in one order are packaged together securely rather than loose.
If a card arrives damaged in transit or your order doesn't show up, get in touch through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Because card condition is central to what you're paying for, we describe every card's condition as accurately as possible before listing it, and we're happy to answer condition questions before you buy. If a card arrives and it's genuinely not as described, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work out a refund or exchange. We don't accept returns simply due to a change of mind once a card has shipped, since resale value can be affected once a card has left our hands.
Currently shipping within Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand at checkout. If you're outside these regions and interested in a card, reach out via the Contact page and we'll see what we can work out.
