Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions about buying, trading, and shipping. Can't find what you're after? Get in touch directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, right here on the site — you can pay with any major debit or credit card. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles that directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping to Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand. If you're outside those regions, reach out via the Contact page and we'll see what's possible.

How are cards packaged for shipping?

Every card goes into a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader (or a one-touch magnetic holder for higher-value cards), then packed securely for the trip. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full breakdown.

Can I trade instead of buying?

Yes. Cards marked "For Trade" in the Digital Binder are open to trade offers, not just cash sale — reach out via the Contact page with what you're offering and we'll go from there.

How do you grade or describe card condition?

Condition notes are written honestly based on a close visual inspection — centering, corners, edges, and surface. If a card is professionally graded (PSA, BGS, etc.), that's shown on the listing. If you're ever unsure about a specific card's condition, ask before buying.

What if my card arrives damaged?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I request a card you don't currently have listed?

Definitely — message us through the Contact page with the player, set, and year you're chasing. We can't promise we'll find it, but it helps us know what to look for.

Where do your cards come from?

Straight from our own personal collection and box breaks — every card listed for sale is a genuine duplicate we've pulled or purchased ourselves, not dropshipped or sourced blind.
